Support campaign creation, validating supporting information and communicating the same to appropriate sales teams.
Deploy leads and campaigns to the CRM (Salesforce.com) to support sales pipeline.
Work with Program manager to ensure clear objectives and goals are established.
Work with Operations Manager to review campaign effectiveness providing campaign metrics to Program Managers and Business Partners for evaluation.
Assist Operations Manager in data analysis of regional / domains to understand trends in data and report out on progress.
Work with data team to ensure “quality” leads are being established and feedback is being fed back into each campaign.
Manage lead gen calendar working with Program Managers and Data team to ensure accuracy of information.

What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing programs/projects required OR experience working on a program team as a functional lead
Experience in working in a Region or Global Commercial Operations organization
Ability to communicate effectively in a technical environment, including in front of C-level and VP-level stakeholders
Demonstrated organizational skills, including project planning, project management, and team building
Experience with a wide variety of structured problem-solving processes and reporting tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint
Excellent understanding of financial concepts
Ability to work in a global team environment
