The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
The Compensation Specialist supports the implementation, administration and analysis of the organization’s compensation programs. The Compensation Specialist will provide salary quotes, maintain compensation data, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes. This individual will work closely with HR and Business Partners to ensure compensation practices are consistent, equitable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
