Senior Research Executive - Kantar - Lagos

Mission:

The primary responsibility of a Senior Research Executive is to maintain relationships with designated clients, provide quality service, support, and build the team's business, and team management, and contribute to the running and management of clients.

• Independent project management and experience in research

• Excellent interpersonal skills that foster brilliant working relationships

• Fantastic Client and supplier management

• Proactivity around program improvement – the ability to step back and assess areas of improvement/where efficiencies could be found.

• Solution-based thinking – leading to quick problem/crisis resolution.

CAPABILITIES STATEMENT

• Completed Tertiary education.

• 3-5 years of working experience in Marketing Research/Business Consulting and Managing People/Clients

• Research & project management abilities

• Critical thinker

• Commercial maturity - P & L oriented

• Business maturity - Business Development
