Lendlease is currently searching for an experienced Property Supervisor for Parkway Parade.
The role will be responsible to supervise and coordinate the daily activities of operations staff, overseeing and ensuring standards of the property facilities and services are at its optimal level. Acting as the primary liaison in meeting the needs of our stakeholders, maintaining positive experiences and supporting the operational functions of the asset.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
Assist Facility Manager on the day to day operation of the asset (e.g pest control, housekeeping, landscaping, waste management & security etc)
Supervise and ensuring safe, smooth and effective operation of the asset
Supervise and manage internal team and service provider in fulfilling their contract’s obligation
Ensure the adherence of all procedures and guidelines for works in the premise
Assist building improvement/ A&A/ defect rectification/ renovation & reinstatement works
Source for comparative vendors/ contractors to carry out asset maintenance or repair works
Conduct daily safety inspections
Risk management and assessment
Liaise with the authorities e.g NEA, BCA, LTA, URA etc
Assist in tender documents, interviews & awarding process
Follow up with both internal and external parties for submission of necessary documents
Prepare and submit periodic reports and duty roster timely
Attending to shoppers, tenants and stakeholders’ request
Any other tasks as assigned
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;
GCE ‘N’/’O’ Levels/ Nitec and above
Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar function
Experience in mixed- development (retail & office) operation is advantageous
Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Working hours is 40 hours/week
