Job Description :

The Pricing Analyst is the single point of contact between finance, supply and commercial teams within the IMC and EOB for all topics related with correct pricing set up, is also responsible to coordinate single or massive pricing changes according business strategy by ensuring that set up is correctly done by Customer Master Data Team COE enabling correct billing  for customers by creating the relevant controls for this end and finally within it remit disputes and Pricing AOT (average order touch) resolution makes part of the key deliverables by having full scope and criteria based on Average Working Capital impacts by each case.

Responsible for delivering high-level customer service and ensuring on time, in full resolutions, guaranteeing data quality for every price set up supported by COE main focus on KPI and continuous improvement that can ensure queries are followed up and resolved accurately, efficiently and according to the relevant SLA and Diageo strategy.

1. EOB/DBS single point of contact for pricing control and set up for every business team member.

2. To calculate and request pricing set up to Data COE Team based on Business Strategy previously defined by Commercial Finance or NRM Team.

3. To coordinate pricing single or massive pricing changes activities in order to accomplished sales strategy timelines based on different business definitions.

4. Validate and confirm that pricing has been set up correctly and relevant SKU are available to be billed.

5. Issue resolution that could come from any price inconsistencies that can stop billing or collection process.

6. Pricing Credit Notes analysis and request that could come from any price inconsistencies between Diageo and relevant customers.

7. Monthly follow up on AOT (average order touch) KPI related to pricing changes and define improvement strategies in order to contribute to Diageo productivity agenda.

8. Continuous process improvement mindset in order to look out for role activities expansion according to E2E Commercial Tower strategy by looking forward other pricing process related such pricing list control & maintenance and pricing changes internal and external communication.

9. Act as Business Partner in every moment by looking for opportunities on Diageo priorities opportunities Build credible relationship (strong networking, influencing and communication skills required). Actively promote the CARM Control agenda.

10. Keep Process Documentation actualized and accurate.
