Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

• Als proaktiver HR-Ansprechpartner*in erhältst Du wertvolle Einblicke in die Arbeit der HR Business Partner*in und unterstützt Führungskräfte sowie Mitarbeitende.

• Die administrative Durchführung verschiedener Personalmaßnahmen und die Erstellung von Konzepten, Präsentationen sowie weiteren HR-Dokumenten (z.B. Excel-Listen, Reportings) gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben.

• Im operativen Tagesgeschäft lernst Du die Abläufe kennen und leistest tatkräftige Unterstützung, während Du kleinere Projekte eigenständig bearbeitest.

• Kommunikationsmaterialien für Projektthemen und HR-Prozesse werden von Dir entworfen, und Du bereitest HR-Meetings sowie Workshops vor, einschließlich Terminkoordination und inhaltlicher Vorbereitung der Agenda.

• Schließlich trägst Du zur Steuerung der jährlichen HR-Prozesse bei und wirkst aktiv in vielfältigen Projekten mit.

Wie passt du in unser Team?

• Du studierst Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie, BWL, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften, oder ein ähnliches Fachgebiet.

• Mit deiner Leidenschaft für HR-Themen und deinen kreativen Ideen bereicherst Du unser Team und hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im HR-Umfeld gesammelt.

• Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themenbereiche und Systeme einzuarbeiten, zeichnen Dich aus.

• Ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die dir übertragenen Aufgaben ist für Dich selbstverständlich.

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab und machen Dich zu einer wertvollen Ergänzung unseres Teams.
