Job Description
You will assist in tenant management and leasing matters relating to both Lot One and Bukit Panjang Plaza.
Responsibilities
Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to tenant relationship management and leasing
Assist in the preparation and updating of reports and presentation slides
Carry out market research and data analysis in preparation for the Asset Plan
Support in lease documentation and paperwork, filing and archiving of documents
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
Detail-oriented, meticulous and willing to learn
