The Associate Global Product Manager will provide support in the operational management of the Monitoring Solutions Segment in the Patient Care Solutions business. This role specifically focuses on multiple initiatives in connectivity and data solutions as a part of our digital portfolio, enabling clinical workflows across our fleet of medical devices providing mission-critical patient monitoring globally.The role will provide a good insight to different aspects of product management from co-operation with cross-functional teams, as well as commercial regions, to managing both hardware and software-based projects. The position requires skills related to product development, release and commercial launch as well as in-market activities of managing the install base throughout the product lifecycle.
It will incorporate project management skills, process enhancement and a continuous improvement mindset, operational acumen working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international business environment, supporting a key product portfolio within the +1B Monitoring Solutions business.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
The Associate Product Manager will help in managing meeting cadence, manage stake holder communication, report the project status, and help in driving clarity in customer and region needs, with a focus on support for the USCAN market where the role is located.
This role will help ensure our ability to compliantly offer and effectively manage our connectivity and digital portfolio solutions globally, with a focus on installed based management and maintenance projects between stakeholders such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory.
This person will be engaged with strategic technology partners and key customers to ensure that product development strategy matches customer and market needs. Operationally, they will manage product lifecycle projects with cross-functional stakeholders under the guidance of Senior Global Product Managers and Global Product Director as the hiring manager.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or product development.
Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link operational requirements to project deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to work in a global, team environment.
Drive and ability to work in the customer interface, including written and oral customer-facing communication.
Excellent communication skills and experience in working with cross-functions; able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing.
Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others. Maintain operational, quality and financial compliance.
Fluency in English.
Desired Characteristics
Passion to learn about the clinical aspects of monitoring solution products and the patient outcomes we help drive.
Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders and in working in a matrixed environment, preferably in a medical or healthcare industry.
Clear thinker with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Utilizes technical expertise and judgment to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
A driven spirit who enjoys autonomy in execution once a clear problem statement has been set.
