Responsibilities
- Responsible for the replenishment of stationeries, necessities and uniform and updating the inventory
- Responsible for the stocktaking of stationeries, necessities and uniform
- Responsible for fulfilling and packing the orders for necessities and stationeries, uniform to retail store
- Responsible for ensuring that the stationeries, necessities & Uniform are being sent out according to schedule
- Responsible for the checking, updating of data in the Warehouse Management System
- Assisting in compiling monthly stock take data for Logistics department
- Responsible for the print of barcode label (pallet, carton)
- Attendance check daily for all logistics staffs
- Filing and maintain proper documentation (Monthly stock take, service report, D/O, Quotation etc.)
- Updating of department huddle report
- Handle general admin duties inclusive filing, generate ad-hoc reports etc
- Assist in any other aspects of logistics operations as assigned
Requirements
- GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent preferably with 1 year experience in logistics field or administrative duties
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in SAP or WMS will be advantageous
- Have great sense of urgency and able to handle multiple tasks
- Possess good communication skills and must be a team player
- Strong interest in fashion styling
- Fun, vibrant & outgoing personality with great personal style
- Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
