Job Description
You will be assisting the Raffles City Marketing and Communications (Marcoms) team with their day-to-day activities and projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in implementing overall advertising and promotional activities for shopping mall to generate traffic and revenue
Build relations with tenants and garner their participation in the mall's activities
Assist in conceptualising and executing various digital and in mall campaigns, creation of simple artwork, etc.
Evaluate results of marcom activities and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis
Perform market research on retail industry, events, campaigns, etc.
Support the Customer Service Front Desk by handling shoppers' enquiries about the mall (face-to-face and/or phone) and provide general services such as redemptions, etc.
Garner shoppers' feedback about the mall and our services
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Positive attitude to pick up new skills
Able to multi-task and deliver given task within timeline
Good analytical skills
