We are seeking a Demand Generation Marketer who’ll be responsible for executing campaigns that drive new sales opportunities, globally.  The ideal candidate for this role has at least 5 years of B2B experience in enterprise demand generation marketing to the US and EMEA. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and opportunities across the US and Europe.
  • Own the execution and optimization of ABM campaigns across channels, including website, outbound, events, and webinars.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to engage target accounts, identifying gaps in key personas and contact information within our database.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture ICP leads, engage prospects, and drive conversions.
  • Work closely with Content and Product Marketing to develop high-converting and engaging content across our channels, including email, landing pages, and outreach sequences. Identify content needed for use in campaigns and offers as needed.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Regularly optimize performance.
  • Work with the BDR team to ensure proper follow-up and lead hand-off process.
  • Work closely with RevOps to help segment and maintain a healthy and engaged database of target contacts.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing and demand generation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B high-tech marketing to large enterprises, with a strong focus on ABM.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce), ABM (6sense, Demandbase).
  • Experience marketing to the US, DACH and UK.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Goal driven with the ability to collaborate with the global sales team to understand target audience, market trends, and sales goals.
  • Creative, outside the box thinker who can develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact and ROI through campaigns.
