Responsibilities:

• You look after your own customer base in your region and are responsible for the cleaning machines with a focus on service and maintenance

• You will independently carry out maintenance and repairs on our high-quality floor cleaning systems as well as commissioning and instructing customers on sitet

• You will advise our customers on services and take over the sale of accessories and spare parts for your area of application

• You will support the field sales team, including providing application advice and presenting cleaning machines to customers on site

• You will be responsible for your own reporting, contact management and ticket system via our MS tools

Qualifications:

• You have completed technical training

• You are characterised by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working

• You have a high level of technical understanding with a sales orientation

• Strong communication and negotiation skills round off your profile
  You are willing to travel within your postcode area
