Responsibilities
Maintain Internal Systems:
- Addepar and Salesforce subject matter expert / local administrator
- Ensure data integrity; deploy efficient audits through use of available tools
- Update and maintain security, account, client and system settings
- Identify, understand, and provide input related to enhancements, system integrations, and data transformation requirements
- Remain current on product releases and roadmaps
Reporting and Billing:
- Maintain client performance reports within Addepar
- Provide business intelligence by creating/maintaining reports and dashboards
- Generate timely monthly/quarterly corporate financial reports
- Generate ad hoc reports to meet internal Compliance requests/audit requirements
- Produce and audit client invoices based upon data in Addepar and Salesforce
User Support:
- Provide support/training on Addepar and Salesforce and respond to internal inquiries
- Manage portal access for clients
- Support bulk deliverable needs across the organization (renaming files, mail merge, posting documents)
- Liaise between local office, regional teams, and national teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- BA/BS degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Four to eight years of data or analytics experience at an RIA or similar financial services firm
- Experience with Portfolio Management Systems (Addepar proficiency preferred), Salesforce (CRM), or ability to quickly learn new software.
- Power BI experience is beneficial, or similar experience with programming or data transformation.
- Ability to work with others and take direction from multiple sources.
- Ability to understand custodian data (Schwab/Fidelity).
- Analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
- High standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Awareness of security and compliance protocols and client data security.

Pay Information
This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of California. The pay range for this position is $95,000-$125,000 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible.
This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization.
