Arcaea is a biology-first beauty company building a new ingredient toolset for the beauty and personal care industry. We are creating pioneering ingredients, products, and stories accessible uniquely through biology. 

Arcaea is seeking an experienced Director, Brand Marketing who has a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that enhance brand equity and inspire consumer resonance. Our biology-first brand, Future Society, boasts fragrances and bodycare inspired by the scents of extinct flowers. Our fragrances have received industry awards from the likes of Elle, Cosmopolitan, and WWD Beauty Inc. Future Society can be found on wearefuturesociety.com, Nordstrom, and ScentBird.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage the development and execution of Future Society brand strategies that drive awareness, customer growth, and community
  • Lead the planning and execution of innovative campaigns and activations across owned, influencer, press, partnerships, OOH, and experiential
  • Devise and track KPIs to gauge campaign effectiveness and performance
  • Own brand guidelines, partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistency of creative and tone of voice across all channels
  • Prepare ad hoc presentations and materials for senior leadership that highlight brand opportunities, consumer insights, industry trends, and competitive dynamics

 

WHAT WE SEEK: 

  • 10+ years of experience in leading full-funnel marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels
  • Desire to drive high impact results at a fast-growing start up
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Passion for beauty, personal care, and / or disruptive consumer categories, with a keen eye for creativity and aesthetics
  • Possess a data-driven mindset with proven experience utilizing metrics and insights as tools for informed decision-making
  • Project management skills; can push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution; understands how to collaboratively align resources, seeks the input of key constituents, and manages others to achieve desired results.
  • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness, which encourages positive energy, kindness, and passion throughout the organization

The full compensation package is based on candidate experience. 

Pay Range
$150,000$175,000 USD
