About the Role
- Product Manager on our product and engineering team, reporting to the CEO/founder. Opportunity to advance to Senior/Director/VP of Product
- Requirements Analysis: co-lead requirements analysis and specifications with internal/external stakeholders (external customers, external developers, sales, internal solutions architects, designers, engineering)
- Roadmapping/Release Planning: triage and prioritize feature requests/bug reports and manage communication with internal/external stakeholders, e.g., release notes, guidance for marketing content
- Analytics and User Research: leverage product metrics to identify opportunities and measure impact; run user surveys and interviews
- Market Research/Competitive Analysis: comparative analysis to understand where to match vs. innovate on capabilities and user experience
- Validation/Release Management: validate new features against requirements, and collaborate with technical leads on release management
- Our current product management stack: project management (Zenhub, GitHub), roadmapping (Zenhub, Product Board), specifications (Notion, Balsamiq, Figma), analytics (MixPanel, HotJar, Datadog), communication (Slack, Loom, Zoom, Gather)
About You
- Ambitious up-and-coming product market fit expansion and growth-focused product manager. Pragmatic and hypothesis-driven with a nose for value
- Good taste from experience using browser extensions, AI, and/or low-code tools, e.g., Airtable, Zapier, or Power Platform
- Effective communicator, using a variety of approaches, e.g., user stories, wireframes, diagrams, short videos, etc.
- Fluent in technology — you know what variables and APIs are
- 2+ years experience as a product manager or business analyst/consultant
