Job Title: Production Technician (2nd Shift or 3rd Shift)

Salary: $21.00 Hourly ($1.25 Shift Differential for 2’nd Shift or 3rd Shift)

Bonus: $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Education: Must have a High School Diploma or GED (No Exceptions)

Background: Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen (No Exceptions)

Important: We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing environments. Heavy Manufacturing experience is needed. (Operators, Assembly Line, Production, etc) Forklift experience is a plus, but not necessary. We will train on Forklift.

Shift: We are seeking candidates for 2nd Shift (2:00pm to 10:30pm) Monday Thru Friday or 3rd Shift (10:00pm to 6:30am) WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES WHO ARE ABLE TO WORK EITHER SHIFT!!

IMPORTANT: CANDIDATE WILL TRAIN ON 1’ST SHIFT, BUT AFTER BEING FULLY TRAINED, WILL MOVE TO 2’nd SHIFT OR 3’RD SHIFT

We offer:

• 2nd Shift: Mon – Fri 2:00pm – 10:30pm
• 3’rd Shift: Mon – Fri 10:00pm – 6:30
• Hourly starting wage rate of $21.00/ hour (minimum, could be more for candidates with proven Chemical Mixing experience of at least 2 years.)
• Shift Differential of $1.25 for 2nd Shift.
• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus ($750 paid after 3 months of service & $750 paid after 6 months of service)
• Candidates will need to either be clean-shaven or have very low facial hair, in order to be fitted for respirator.

The Production Technician will be required to perform a variety of duties such as:

• Set up, operate, or tend machines to mix or blend ingredients to make products by performing the following (but not limited to) duties.
• Regulate machines, operate equipment and mix or blend ingredients according to formulation batch cards accurately to meet production and/or inventory levels.
• Maintain highest level of quality at all times.
• Collect samples from batch for laboratory testing.
• Responsible to clean machine and workstation after each job.
