We are seeking an Implementation Specialist – Quadient/BCC to support a high-profile healthcare client. This is a customer-facing role that blends elements of Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Subject Matter Expert (SME), with hands-on responsibilities in Quadient Inspire and BCC Ignite. This position acts as an extension of the client’s marketing department, managing existing communications, developing new campaigns, and ensuring accurate, effective delivery strategies.
