Job Description:

HE ROLE

The Implementation Specialist will work with the Operations Managers to deliver valuable change and efficiencies across all operational teams.

● Execution of Strategic and Feature Improvements across the customer journey. This includes system & process enhancements, managing projects, overseeing staff training, and monitoring performance to ensure that everything is on track

● Drive technology/automation adoption based on operational pain points and opportunities

● Operational system support and maintenance

● Use data analytics to measure impact and success of implemented changes

● End-to-End process mapping and maintenance

● Support Lumi’s Offshore QA team in a Team Lead capacity

Qualifications:

THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH…

● Strong experience across automation, CRM, telephony & reporting tools

● Experience in process improvement & risk mitigation

● Project Management skills

● Proven history of successful collaboration and stakeholder management to deliver change

● Self motivation and drive to continuously improve

● Experience in fintech and/or lending is highly favourable

● Excellent communications skills
