The Membership and Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the success of the museum’s membership program and related sales initiatives, working closely with the Membership and Sales Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service across the Membership and Sales team, while also supporting Visitor Services staff in delivering outstanding guest experience.
In addition to managing key member touchpoints—such as print collateral, email communications, and member and sales events, the coordinator ensures accurate, timely data entry in the museum’s point-of-sale (Galaxy) and CRM (Salesforce) systems in collaboration with the Membership, Sales, and Visitor Services teams.
This role is hybrid eligible with a minimum of 3 days in office.
PAY RATE: $24.00 per hour
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time; Non-exempt, Hourly
