The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc (UTFI) invites applications and nominations to fill the position of Annual Giving Coordinator for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving, Direct Marketing, the Annual Giving Coordinator will be a strategic partner for the Annual Giving team with responsibilities for budgets and ledgers, monthly annual giving reporting and progress tracking, donor correspondence via email and text, demo-bio data integrity and updates, back-up for our Engagement Center programs, and support of our special initiatives to include our key direct marketing, crowdfunding, family campaigns, and day of giving.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Financial & Reporting Operations: Track daily spending, process receipts/invoices, manage petty cash, and handle purchases for the team. Compile monthly donor and dollar reports across channels (mail, email, text, engagement center, etc.) and share with unit partners.
Communications & Marketing: Audit and review data for mail/email/text campaigns; assist with live proof reviews. Respond to inquiries and coordinate with unit partners. Monitor and respond during outreach; manage follow-ups in Mongoose.
Administrative: Provide backup for pledge processing and student hiring. Assist with thank-you cards, address labels, calendar requests, and return mail. Flexibly assist other Annual Giving team members as needed.
