Reward Specialist
Permanent opportunity, working up to 39 hours per week (open to how this could work for you if requiring part-time options)
Location: Handforth, with hybrid working (1-2 day in Handforth per week),
Salary: Up to £42k FTE (pro-rata for any part-time considerations), FTE 28 days holidays plus statutory holidays, and benefit package

Role Purpose:
As a Reward Specialist within Pets at Home, you'll be at the core of shaping our dynamic reward strategies, ensuring they align with our mission to create a better world for pets and the people who love them. This role is integral to building the world’s best pet care platform by ensuring our compensation and benefit trends resonate with market standards and enhance colleague satisfaction.
You’ll partner closely with People Business Partners and line managers, providing expert advice and insights on all matters relating to reward, upskilling our People team and managers, thus elevating Pets at Home’s position as an employer of choice.
