Description of Responsibilities: The eCommerce Jewelry manager is responsible for the overall operation and fulfilling of all jewelry department goals, developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed production and sales goals, recruitment, development, and management of all the department employees. They are also responsible for the collection, interpretation, and analysis of department data to maximize efficiencies and profitability.

Required Experience:

1. Extensive jewelry experience and/or certifications preferred. 3 years of experience in retail management, 5 years preferred. E-bay, Amazon or other online marketplace experience preferred.

Required skills:

1. Skilled with Windows PC and operating system: Excellent ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs. Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
   1. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, and to listen to and follow instructions. Customer focused sales and support environments; able to multi-task, work both rapidly & efficiently.
