Office Environment:
This position is based in our Durham/RTP, NC office for applicants in and around Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, and surrounding areas. Our office is located just off I-40 on Miami Blvd.
You're expected to be in the office three days a week—Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Enjoy team camaraderie (and delicious catered lunches!) every Tuesday and Thursday.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Earnings: Start with a competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) package, including uncapped earning potential for top performers. Additional incentives include periodic Sales Performance Incentive Funds (SPIFs) and spot bonuses for exceptional contributions. Accelerators are available for exceeding 100% of your quota.
