Overview
The Compliance Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the execution and day-to-day administration of the company’s asset/fund management compliance program. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, task tracking, document readiness, and system support across various regulatory and contractual obligations, such as offtake agreements, loan covenants, tax equity, environmental permits, and land lease requirements. This is an ideal position for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in contract administration, asset management, and compliance operations within renewable energy or infrastructure space.

Location: The preferred location for this role is one of our office locations: Asheville, NC; Durham, NC; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; Los Angeles, CA; or San Francisco, CA. Our team operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office schedule of three days per week.
