Our CNC turning team consists of fourteen skilled workers and machine operators who are passionate about innovative technologies and continuous learning. As part of our team, you will work in a supportive environment that values collaboration and knowledge sharing.
YOUR TASKS:
- Program and set up CNC machines (Traub + Index).
- Perform first-part inspection, measure all dimensions with various measuring tools, and document results.
- Conduct final part inspections.
- Optimize and actively oversee processes.
- Record manufacturing steps in SAP.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic, CNC specialist, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in CNC long turning.
- High precision and accuracy in working with measuring and testing equipment.
- Strong quality awareness and a meticulous working style.
- Flexibility and a high level of commitment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
