Overview:

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Business Support Analyst to work in a hybrid schedule, with 3 to 5 days per week on-site at our Chambersburg, PA office. This position supports key business operations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

As a Business Support Analyst you will be responsible for managing documentation and contract processes, coordinating administrative functions, and supporting internal departments with high-volume request handling. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute various contracts, including NDAs, sales and purchasing agreements, subcontracts, consulting agreements, licensing agreements, master agreements, statements of work, amendments, and change requests.

  • Distribute executed contracts to relevant stakeholders and support implementation by providing clear documentation and interpretation.

  • Coordinate and track travel budgeting activities.

  • Manage a high volume of daily administrative and documentation requests.

  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems and accurate records.

  • Provide general administrative support to departments and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to grammar and punctuation.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities.

  • Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.

  • Professional and positive attitude.

  • Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, OpenAir, or ConnectWise Sell.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
