About the role
As a Computacenter’s Managed Services Sales Specialist, you will partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values. Our top-tier partnerships with leading-edge technology manufacturers keep us immersed across the broad spectrum of the IT ecosystem. May work 100% remote, but incumbents must live within normal commuting distance of the company’s office in Buffalo Grove, IL. Position requires traveling typically 2 days per week to Computacenter office locations and client sites throughout the United States.


What you'll be doing

  • Manage customer liaison to transact complex services and complex solution sales to maximize profit. 
  • Responsible for sales documentation and methodology to enable the sales process and information. 
  • Engage with appropriate resources and management to ensure solution meets customer needs. 
  • Closes standard deals with a degrees of complexity and opportunities to maximize profitability. 
  • Identify customer queries and resolve to enhance customer satisfaction. 
  • Accountability for all operational transactions to ensure ownership of customer. 
  • Proactively build customer contacts and rapport across a number of customers, levels and opportunities. 
  • Identify a broad range of opportunities and customers to develop sales campaigns. 
  • Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organization. 
  • Identify and open opportunities across Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.


What you have

This position requires, at a minimum:

  • U.S. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field; 
  • 3 years of experience in the job offered, or a related occupation; 
  • Experience in strategic account management, including the use of CRM tools to track engagement and pipeline development; 
  • Experience developing and delivering technical training programs focused on Managed Services methodologies; 
  • Experience developing detailed technical proposals and RFP responses using ServiceNow, Azure, AWS, or similar; and 
  • Knowledge of pricing models, SLAs, and service delivery metrics relevant to Managed Services.

 

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is equal to $128,000 - $158,000.
