Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the oversight of products / investment cash flow as a key member fund cash operations team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily business operations, effectively managing communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Manage relationships with strategic relationships with stakeholders and service providers, ensuring adherence to established benchmarks, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Proactively identify and address performance variances, addressing issues before they impact operations.
- Develop, implement, and refine KPIs and management reporting frameworks to enhance governance and controls across regional processes.
- Prepare and analyze operational trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support audit activities by providing documentation and explanations of fund operations procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing risk.
- Contribute to the documentation and standardization of operational procedures and best practices.
What we expect
- 3 to 5 years' working experience in the financial industry and fund operations.
- Experience and good understanding in private credits, broadly syndicated loans, CLO middle office operations.
- Prior experience with service provider management will be a plus
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Possesses a robust risk control mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in SWIFT and Microsoft Excel

- Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $94,000 - $107,000 and a performance-based bonus are additional parts of the total compensation package.
