We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Medical Partner Success Manager to oversee the retention of our medical partner accounts at Sollis Health. This role is responsible for managing ongoing relationships with our medical partners, ensuring successful renewals, and serving as their main point of contact for support, success, and engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in account management or customer success, with experience in healthcare or health tech preferred. You’ll also own some community management and partner-facing marketing efforts. This role reports to the VP, Medical Partnerships.
Candidates can be in the NYC or Los Angeles regions with the ability to commute to our NYC or LA HQ Office - Hybrid Position

Comp & Benefits:
Range: $105,000 - $115,000 per year + 0.5% Commission on Medical Partnership Renewals + Equity
This is the range of pay for New York City & California candidates only. Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Furthermore, actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
