Position Summary

The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for all pricing-related activities for the company. This includes setup, maintenance, promotional pricing, customer-specific pricing, price exceptions, and pricing updates across all channels. The role also manages the pricing request process, ensuring all updates are reviewed, approved, and implemented accurately and on time.
You will play a key role in maintaining pricing integrity across all sales channels, supporting our NetSuite system, and ensuring pricing data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with company strategy. While NetSuite experience is preferred, candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the aptitude to learn will be considered and trained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Pricing Management in NetSuite

- Set up and maintain all pricing in NetSuite, including standard, promotional, and customer-specific pricing.

- Configure and maintain price exceptions and discounts.

- Implement and monitor all approved promotional pricing campaigns.

- Support pricing integration processes during and after NetSuite implementation.

- Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure pricing accuracy across all systems and channels.

Pricing Request Process Management

- Manage intake, review, and execution of all pricing-related requests.

- Ensure requests follow established approval processes, including:

- Price Updates (Approved by Product Managers) – Bi-Annual Fall/Spring Updates, All-Customer Updates, Customer-Specific Updates, Price Checks.

- Price Exception Requests (Require Product Manager Approval) – Equipment, Stock Apparel, JUICE/Splash/CC.

- Verify approvals and required documentation before making changes.

- Implement approved pricing updates in a timely and accurate manner.

Data Accuracy & Reporting

- Audit all pricing data for accuracy, including standard, promotional, and exception pricing.

- Correct discrepancies and maintain historical pricing records.

- Provide reporting and analysis of pricing updates, promotions, and exceptions.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

- Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Service to clarify pricing needs.

- Communicate updates and promotions to all impacted teams.

- Recommend process enhancements for pricing workflows and request handling.

- Assist in developing training materials and documentation.

Qualifications

Required

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- ERP or CRM data management experience (NetSuite preferred).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and auditing.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience in NetSuite pricing configuration.

- Familiarity with request/ticket management systems.

- Background in pricing, sales operations, or promotions management.

Work Environment

This position is based at our headquarters in Bannockburn, IL. Standard office environment with occasional need for extended screen time. Minimal travel may be required.
