We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our emerging technology solutions across the financial services industry. 


At IntellectEU, we work at the intersection of emerging technologies and traditional finance. Our teams partner with global financial institutions to modernize post-trade infrastructure, streamline settlement and reconciliation processes, and bring DLT-enabled efficiencies to legacy capital markets systems. Whether enabling tokenized assets, building smart contract workflows, or integrating AI into risk and compliance solutions, we help clients unlock real business value through innovation.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales-qualified leads, establish commercial terms, and negotiate deals. 
  • Grow sales opportunities with existing customers. 
  • Work with the technical pre-sales and product teams to create demos and presentations of our offerings.
  • Represent IntellectEU at events and conferences. 
  • Understand the client/lead's business challenges and how IntellectEU products and services could address their needs. 
  • Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with third-party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers.
  • Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve the company's brand and reputation.


Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of relevant Business Development experience
  • Strong interest and knowledge about Web3, Crypto and Blockchain
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. 
  • Technical aptitude, passionate about learning about new technologies. 
  • A creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial thinker, combined with the drive, discipline, and roll-up-your-sleeves, can-do attitude to deliver results.
