Description

This position is responsible for updating item status in our tracking system Wrike/Centric for licensed lines; monitoring the development process once items are identified; and communicating development progress and/or problems and delays to Contract Management, Art Studio, Marketing, Purchasing, and Product Management.

• Submit and track our licensed submissions in our system. Includes saving concepts, taking sample photos, saving licensor comments, and keeping accurate digital files throughout the approval process. Shipping pre-production and or Production/Contract samples to licensors. Issuing requests from our licensor for changes to concepts, and samples as needed to the Art Studio or our sister company.
• Working directly with our licensor in their approval system or email. To ensure licensed products are approved at each development stage.
• Communicating with the Licensor, Art Studio, other departments, and our sister company as needed.
• Updating our training manual as changes occur.

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and non-verbally with active listening and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact in one-on-one and small group situations with customers, clients, and other employees of the company.
• Ability to balance and prioritize projects in a manner that will allow for prompt completion of the task.
• Must be able to tactfully deal with various personalities throughout the company and deal effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
• Required program applications include Microsoft Outlook (intermediate level), Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), Microsoft PowerPoint (intermediate level), and Microsoft Word (intermediate level).
