Job Scope:

Liberty Hardware, a subsidiary of Masco Corporation (NYSE: MAS), is seeking a Manager, Master Data Management (MDM) to lead our enterprise-wide data governance initiative. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that combines the agility of a close-knit team with the resources of a Fortune 500 company.

You will lead the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data across systems including ERP, MDM, DAM, Shopify, and retailer platforms like Amazon Vendor Central. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on building teams, driving data excellence, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Governance & Quality

• Develop and enforce enterprise data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Implement data quality metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct audits and validation checks to resolve discrepancies.

System Integration & Data Flow

• Ensure seamless data flow across systems (e.g., Stibo STEP, JD Edwards, DAM, Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central).
• Align business needs with data requirements and system capabilities.

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a key liaison across Digital Ops, IT, Engineering, Sourcing/Planning, eCommerce, Marketing, Retailer Teams, and Warehouse Operations.
• Translate governance goals into actionable initiatives and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and coach a team of 2–3 direct reports.
• Set strategic direction, monitor workloads, and establish performance plans.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.

Continuous Improvement

• Refine MDM strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
• Leverage automation and best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Manage data-related projects including migrations, integrations, and cleansing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Product Data Completeness
• Data Validation Rate
• Data Processing Time
• OKRs: Establish a high-functioning center of excellence for data quality—data-informed, profit-driven, and people-focused.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in master data management, data governance, or digital operations.
• Experience with systems such as PIM, MDM, ERP, and DAM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to influence without authority.
• Industry background in product and marketing data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify or Amazon Vendor Central.
• Familiarity with Stibo STEP, JD Edwards, Power BI.
• Certifications in data governance or related systems.
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.

Job Location: 140 Business Park Drive, Winston Salem, NC (Hybrid 30%)

Pay Range: $100,000 - 115,000
