As a Sourcing Production Manager on our apparel sourcing team, you will manage all phases of the production process from our manufacturers and costing through adherence to the timing and action calendars.

The Opportunity

You will lead the execution of all phases in the production process and reports to the Director of Sourcing for home and apparel.

• Manage the integrated calendar and assure all milestone events are completed
• Maintain vendor relations and strategic vendor partnerships with factories and raw material suppliers
• Manage costing negotiations to achieve unit goals
• Support sustainability goals
• Work with quality assurance team on process improvement with vendors and factories

Our office is in Exeter, New Hampshire, with the Production Manager position available for hybrid work from the following states: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont

• Our Sourcing team requires someone who can manage production planning and programs and ensure all regulatory compliance guidelines are followed

Your Impact

• Work with Inventory Management to ensure adherence to strategic sourcing and execution
• Direct cost strategy with vendors and costing team
• Manage communications between vendors, factories, distribution centers, quality assurance, and technical design teams

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in related field or related work experience
• 5 years progressive experience in production management
• Experience in apparel or home soft goods within a retail environment
• Technical experience working within costing and PLM systems
