Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs Manager, the Regulatory Affairs – Product Data Coordinator undertakes the following RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining key files/databases (QI Master file, Price and Product launch files, Raw material/components list) through coordinating flow and collection of product attributes data in partnership with internal stakeholders. 
• Draft and prepare submissions for Health Canada and US FDA, including Cosmetic Notification Forms, MoCRA product and facility listing and renewals. Organize and maintain relevant regulatory records, trackers and submission logs.
• Creating and implementing systems/tools for efficient data management and automation where possible, and reporting as needed, including the development of SLA’s with internal stakeholders. 
• Preparing and coordinating product and material samples for lab testing to comply with regulatory requirements
• Oversee and conduct artwork asset proofing (labels, signs, gift tags/inserts and other related assets) to ensure product attributes (including QI’s, vegan status, responsible party contact, declared net weights) are correct and meet regulatory requirements. 
• Supporting rooms and other departments for labels requiring regulatory compliance (Generating the template for in-house kit labels, Box label QIs)
• Preparing various regulatory and related documents for submission, as needed, including gathering appropriate supporting documents for record keeping (product specifications, manufacturer affidavits, ADD/CVD worksheets)
• Coordinating with government agencies, internal stakeholders and third party retailers to facilitate preparation and submission of product information for regulatory requirements (CARB, WERCSmart).
• Supporting Data Life Cycle team, including verifying data, QI master, and BOM updates
• Training Regulatory team members to complete regulatory submissions, proofing assets and supporting ongoing projects, reformulations and launches. 
• Other related projects and duties as required

You bring the following QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Familiarity with product labels
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (AX) 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel 
• Manu and/or distro experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated; works well individually and as a team player
• Positive “can-do” attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communications 
• Organized and dependable

Job Type: Full-time, 12-Month Contract.

Location: Toronto, ON. 2-3 days in-office per week required.

Salary (Annually): $50,000 - $54,000 CAD 
Salary (Hourly): $24 - $26/hour CAD
