Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.00 hourly, DOE and Qualifications.

    WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE: Under the supervision of the Accounting & Admin. Manager, this position is responsible for accounts receivable, collections, credit accounts, accounts payable, payroll functions, assist customer service,            basic administrative support and; is responsible for supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success. Performs other related duties as      assigned.

     QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• High school diploma or equivalent plus college level accounting.
• Minimum five years’ experience in collections, accounts receivable and payables required, experience in concrete block and/or sack industry a plus.  Manufacturing experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred, but not required.
• On-the-job training experience is required to be able to perform duties.
• Strong aptitude for organizing personal tasks and repetitive duties in a dynamic environment.
• Must have strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal, accounting and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to work in a team environment to enable effective interaction and the ability to motivate team members, including peers.
• Working knowledge of the operations Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, a 10-key adding machine, copier, facsimile machine and any other office equipment required to perform duties.
• Regular attendance is required
