THE JOB:
The main duty of the Mutuel Clerk is to warmly assist guests in placing wagers on horse racing and sporting events from around the world, ensuring that they feel confident and enhancing their experience to be just as exciting as their game

THE STARTING RATE: $17.50

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Process and cash tickets following departmental policies while ensuring compliance with Title 31 regulations

• Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience

• Report any suspicious activity to a supervisor
   

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for effective communication

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays (required)

• At least 6 months of relevant experience, including cash handling (preferred)
