This role may be based in either the Parsippany, NJ or Evansville, IN office.
As Associate Manager, App & Rewards on Enfamil at Reckitt you will be responsible for providing helpful insights, knowledge, and value for expecting/new parents via our app and rewards program. You will be responsible for enhancing the app experience, driving increased engagement, brand affinity, and product sales. You will also be responsible for the ongoing ops and continued enhancement of the Enfamil Rewards program, a key engagement driver for the brand.
As part of the Site & App Team you will be core to connecting and providing value to our mothers with educational content, values & rewards, and helpful utilities. Your work will be directly attributed to the overall growth of the business, and you will be highly visible to business leadership. You will be responsible for partnering with the Product Manager, Web to develop product roadmap, assess performance opportunities, own implementation plans and governance to lead successful launches that drive improvements in the KPIs. You are passionate about contributing to the creation of great consumer-centric digital products, and this shows in your past work. You are a strategic and analytical thinker, you work well with others, and you always put the consumer’s needs ahead of all else. You’re both a thinker and a doer – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Your work will support our mission to nourish the world’s children for the best start in life by keeping our mobile app and rewards program fresh, up-to-date, and contextually relevant for moms and expecting moms.
