The Information Technology Division manages the technology infrastructure which supports business operations: including personal computers, laptops, servers, printers, the internal network which connects them all, telephones, smartphones, and conference room equipment. By providing direct support to end users via the IT Service Desk, onsite office and jobsite support, and Training Classes IT supports application software (purchased such as Oracle, Primavera, Microsoft, and custom-written applications such as ORCMS, PTS, IEH, etc.).
Responsibilities include:
Develops and implements plans and programs needed to develop/maintain/support their assigned technology, system, or IT process.
Works with appropriate stakeholders to identify requirements for their assigned technology, system, product, or IT process and works to continually improve it.
Identifies and manages requirements and resources for multiple simultaneous information technology projects.
Participates in setting performance standards for information technology projects and technologies within their area(s) of expertise.
Develop distributed and scalable web applications using .Net, Blazor, ASP.Net MVC5 framework, SQL Server and Creating data integrations with 3rd party and in-house systems.
Key member of a core development team participating in all aspects of the SCA Software Development Life Cycle as specified by a Project Manager
Contribute to the applications Design and Architecture effort
Work with technical project managers and application directors to ensure that client expectations are met and that project schedules are adhered to
Interact with end users to understand requirement specifications, perform analysis, documentation, design, and code test solutions • Document, develop, maintain and upgrade existing applications, modifying the applications as required, based on the desired Architecture.
Contribute to implementation efforts (UAT, environment setup, end user support)
Use SCA tools to report activities and update status of projects assigned, as required
Performs related tasks, as assigned.
May perform the duties of Manager, Information Technology A, such as:
Interacts with users to gather business needs and to determine appropriate information technology solutions.
Provides solutions to users regarding information technology issues and/or needs.
Provides support in the use of existing applications and technologies, including resolving problems and responding to user requests for support.
Identifies and leads information technology project resources, including vendors as appropriate.
Makes information technology recommendations to senior management regarding systems, technologies, applications, and/or equipment for which he/she is responsible.
Organizes the provision of training to information technology staff and/or users.
Develops and maintains information technology project plans and schedules.
Performs related tasks as assigned.
Preferred Skills and Education:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing professional applications using Microsoft .NET (C#) 4.0/4.5/4.6 and .Net Core 2.0 or above.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Computer Sciences, Computer Technology, Information Systems Technology, Computer Electrical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
Understanding of Object-oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, architecture and design patterns.
Sound knowledge of Web API, LINQ, Entity Framework and ADO.NET.
Hands-on experience with the latest web standards and technologies, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, LESS, Azure DevOps, Git and WEB API.
Must be able to create and modify SQL Server stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, indexed views, and LINQ to SQL.
Experience working with REST and SOAP and data interchange standards including XML and JSON.
Experience in MS DevOps on Azure- including source control management, build processes, continuous integration, continuous deployment and unit testing.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication and listening skills.
Must be self-motivated, conscientious, solution-oriented, and able to work with a team.

Salary Range:
Appointment Range: $85,056 - $144,361
Incumbent Range : $97,814 - $166,015
