Job Description:About the Role:
Brainwonders is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to manage and enhance our web platforms. As part of the digital team, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites that represent our brand and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins as per design and functional requirements
- Manage and update existing WordPress websites with new content, features, and design improvements
- Optimize website performance (speed, SEO, responsiveness) across all devices and browsers
- Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, plugin conflicts, and technical issues
- Integrate third-party APIs, forms, payment gateways, and CRM tools
- Ensure data security, regular backups, and website maintenance
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to implement landing pages, lead forms, and CTAs
- Perform website audits and suggest UI/UX enhancements
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with WordPress (themes, plugins, and CMS management)
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
- Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi
- Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization
- Basic knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics/Search Console
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple website tasks
- Experience - 0-2 years
Good to Have:
- Experience with WooCommerce or LMS plugins
- Knowledge of Git, cPanel, FTP, and hosting environments
- Eye for design and attention to responsive UI
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 15,000 - 25,000 per month
Work Location - In-person
Office Timings
Monday to Saturday - 10 am to 7 pm
