<title>About the role</title>

As a Sales Operations Manager, you’ll support the success of our sales teams across 10+ countries by improving processes, implementing tools, and driving key initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Bolt Business Director to ensure smooth execution of strategic projects and help align teams across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to meet pipeline and performance goals.

You’ll lead the sales cadence, manage reporting for leadership, and ensure accurate forecasting and KPI tracking. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organised, and has a strong background in B2B sales operations and cross-functional collaboration.

  • <point>Coordinate cross-functional efforts between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to align on pipeline goals and execution strategies.</point>
  • <point>Drive the weekly and monthly sales cadence (forecasts, stand-ups, KPI reviews), ensuring timely and accurate information flows across stakeholders.</point>
  • <point>Prepare and manage quarterly business reviews, board-level sales reporting, and executive dashboards.</point>
  • <point>Improve and optimise the sales process through training, software tools, and strategic project implementation.</point>
  • <point>Ensure CRM integrity (e.g. Salesforce) and support pipeline quality through actionable analysis and recommendations.</point>
  • <point>Build a scalable lead sourcing process to reduce time spent on prospecting.</point>
  • <point>Work closely with sales leaders to identify and address process inefficiencies and bottlenecks.</point>
  • <point>Own and deliver ad hoc high-impact projects based on sales organisation needs.</point>

  • <point>Experience working in a fast-moving, well-funded scale-up is a strong plus.</point>
  • <point>Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and how to optimise and report on them effectively.</point>
  • <point>Analytical thinker with advanced Excel skills and a passion for solving complex problems.</point>
  • <point>You can effectively communicate in English, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</point>
  • <point>You demonstrate a highly data-driven, analytical mindset and are a CRM expert (preferably Salesforce) who can examine data to optimise your activities.</point>
  • <point>You have a strong sense of ownership, and your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to challenges.</point>
