Salary: £41,000 - £53500 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

At New Reflexions, we’re looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to manage our six bedded core home that includes a 28- day response placement specialises in offering Outdoor activities. The home is dual registered with Ofsted and AALA. The home is well established and provides excellent outcomes for the children who are well established in their routines. The home has excellent staff retention levels and has maintained GOOD or Outstanding in all areas.

New Reflexions is a childcare organisation dedicated to offering care, education, and therapy services to young people who have encountered trauma, leading to emotional and behavioural challenges. Specifically, the New Reflexions Children’s Residential Service provides therapeutic placements, catering to individuals up to the ages of 18 years, for both short-term and long-term placements.
Role overview:
We are looking for a conscientious individual with relevant care qualifications, skills, and knowledge to provide effective leadership and management to the staff team. Successful candidates will be dedicated professionals with verified experience working as a Senior Residential Care Worker or a Home Manager for children.
