1-800-Flowers.com is looking to bring an Intern, Accounts Receivable onto the team in a part-time capacity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter invoices into Ariba, Coupa, DSSI, Workday, Tungsten & Taulia
- Review disputed invoices in Ariba and Coupa with BGS sales team
- Review weekly reports for EDI accounts, review for missing PO numbers, and work with BGS sales team to obtain and correct in Ariba/Coupa, etc.
- Process and send individual pdfs to list of customers
- Run weekly and monthly Excel statements for list of customers
- Respond to customer emails

The candidate must be willing to work on-site in the Jericho, Long Island office for the duration of their internship.
The expected salary for this position is $17-$19/hour. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
