Under the direction of the Manager, this position is responsible for generating, maintaining, and delivering accurate reports and dashboards. Displays knowledge of department-related products and services offered, ensures data integrity and supports data management within various systems. Plays an important part in collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders to understand data requests and is comfortable working with various reporting tools to provide accurate reporting in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Report and Survey Generation and Delivery: Creates and maintains recurring and/or ad-hoc reports, surveys (internal and external), and dashboards to accurately track related metrics, including trends and statistics. Collaborates with the team and business stakeholders to understand and analyze data requests and accurately provide necessary reports on time. Supports the preparation of regulatory and compliance reports as required by law and company policy.
- Data Integrity and Accuracy: Ensures data integrity and the accuracy of data used in reporting. Validates data within systems and research, troubleshoots and resolves any data discrepancies related to reporting. Collaborates with team members ensuring that all reporting and data needs are met.
- Project and Initiatives Support: Assists with gathering and organizing data, prepares reports and surveys (internal and external), and ensures that all project-related documentation is accurate and up to date to support implementation of both department and enterprise-wide priorities and initiatives.
- Systems and Technology: Collaborates with the systems team and IT stakeholders to support the maintenance of reporting processes and tools and assists in maintaining data for compliance related reporting and regulatory submissions
- Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
- Level is dependent on years of experience and size/complexity of prior positions held. Minimum 5 years related analytics experience with responsibilities focused on report generation and data analysis, and determining, defining, tracking, measuring and reporting on related metrics.
- Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers in a networked environment and expertise with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or similar software. Knowledge of or ability to use Bank software and systems. Experience with Tableau, and/or similar tools for report generation. Able to research and learn other tools if needed, to create various cuts or charts for reporting purposes.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong attention to detail and possess analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Task management and organizational skills required to execute and complete projects on-time. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and assignments with varying deadlines. Demonstrated understanding of financial and business analysis and forecasting and trends analysis. Able to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends and evenings as needed or assigned.
