Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Information Technology Leadership Development Program, a fast-paced, 2-year rotational program designed to develop future IT leaders. Participants will experience two 12-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience in key IT areas like cyber security, software development, business intelligence, project management, SAP, and customer experience through challenging assignments across various departments.  This program includes mentorship from senior IT executives, customized training, and networking opportunities to prepare individuals for future leadership roles within the IT function. 
 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Rotational Assignments: Engage in two dynamic 12-month rotations, taking on key roles such as Infrastructure, Cyber Security, IT Business Partner, Software Developer, Data Analytics, Product Lifecycle Management, Technology Manufacture, and Customer Experience to drive impactful business outcomes. 
  • Strategic Project Contributions: Contribute to diverse functional projects and assignments, gaining valuable insights into the alignment of IT strategies with overarching business goals. 
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Operate within a collaborative team environment, receiving guidance and mentorship from your assigned rotation manager to enhance your professional growth. 
  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, fostering a network of support and collaboration. 
  • Leadership Development Conferences: Participate in targeted in-person leadership development conferences designed to enhance your leadership capabilities, business acumen, and technical expertise. 
  • Presentations: Seize opportunities to present your findings and strategic recommendations to management, showcasing your analytical and communication skills. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred 
  • Dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proactive approach 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions 
  • Innovative problem solver, adept at finding creative solutions 
  • Highly adaptable, thriving in fast-paced and evolving environments 
  • Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives 
  • Resourceful in addressing and resolving IT-related issues 

 

Mobility:

Applicants must be open and prepared to relocate for all rotational assignments, with the flexibility to travel and reside anywhere in the U.S. This adaptability will facilitate dynamic rotations, offering extensive exposure and fostering the development of both functional and leadership skills.

Select rotations within the program require use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Non-U.S. persons selected must meet eligibility requirements for access to export-restricted information.
