The Partner Systems & Automation team is seeking a Systems Analyst to manage and scale internal systems for the Solutions Partner Program, collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve partner program systems. Systems Analysts focus on high-impact, large, cross-functional initiatives that solve pain points for partner operations teams. They also enable our employees to be more efficient in serving HubSpotters and solutions partners by simplifying and automating processes through low and no-code solutions.
In this role, you will
- Become an expert in our systems and have a clear understanding of the current pain points and business problems that the partner team is facing
- Identify opportunities to drive efficiency, continuous improvements and scale through automation and AI in our systems
- Work closely with business partners, PMs and engineers to understand problems and find the best available solution
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with the overall business/system strategies and planned projects
- Build customized solutions on our in-house and third-party applications
- Spec, build and monitor system integrations
- Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met
- Relentlessly focus on quality and impact - quality of data, performance, user experience, etc.
- Leverage data to identify areas of high-impact
We are looking for someone with
- Experience implementing third-party systems and low-code/no-code automations
- Strong communication and organizational skills to be able to work with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience with data analysis. SQL and Looker experience is a plus
- Proven adaptability, such as pivoting your role, strategy, or perspective based on new information or business needs
- Empathy for our customers and end-users
- Strong technical acumen and enjoys digging into systems to understand and troubleshoot problems
- A knack for solving hard problems in a fast-paced working environment
