Role and Responsibilities

Job Summary 

Responsible for leading the strategy of attracting traffic through CRM channels to our digital commercial platforms with the aim of generating revenue. The position will follow up the annual communication plan and guarantee its correct execution, with the objective of increasing sell out, maximizing awareness, deepening engagement and positioning our sales channels.

Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Development, control and monitoring of the communication plan through our CRM channels (email, device push, web push, app push and others) based on the strategy and objectives defined for the generation of revenue in all Samsung D2C Online channels

  • Define which actions are most effective to increase sell out: analyze and identify the customer journey to establish communication points according to their stage in the conversion funnel. Analysis of the different segments based on their behaviors to detect patterns that positively influence the KPIs of the area (Open Rate, click through Rate, Conversion Rate) and apply these learnings in future campaigns

  • Define internal processes to ensure deliveries in a timely manner. Daily review of the calendar with the agencies. Distribution of communication assets to ensure coherence in communication. Monitoring implementations, results and opportunities for improvement. Monitoring of competition to generate tactical actions.

  • KPIs, actions, results and reports tracking in order to execute the best practices that generate revenue for the different D2C platforms. Supervision and monitoring of weekly and monthly management reports, short- and medium-term evolution and execution, as well as team activities and performance.

Requirements

  • [Academic Background]: Advanced students or graduates of marketing, business administration, advertising, communication or related

  • [Professional Experience]: 5 years working in CRM Teams,

  • [Specific knowledge / skills]: Microsoft Office, Knowledge of CRM automation tools, use of MS Office and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio)

  • [Languages]: Fluent English.
