About the Job
Support building pre-season store clusters to support merchandising strategies and financial plans
Maintain in-season store/category settings in allocation system to inform initial flow quantities and capitalize on store level opportunities
Partner with field teams on store specific sales opportunities and work back with cross-functional teams to address
Deliver store level reporting to give us a clear view to our performance by door as well as aggregated performance by store cluster/region
Facilitate all aspects of New Store openings, execution and reporting
Support cross functional team with ad hoc store level reporting and projects
Work with allocation partners on strategy and execution during select time periods
Recommend and analyze results for store/cluster specific promotional opportunities aimed to optimize performance
Collaborate with merchandising to identify localized assortment/ allocation opportunities and present data-informed solutions
Support cross functional teams in seasonal transfer of markdowns from mainline to outlet
Maintain store level attributes in global databases
You will report to the Manager of Store Planning.
About You
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
1+ years of experience in of retail allocation/planning/ store planning
Strong mathematical and statistical skills with abilities to synthesize and draw conclusions from large data sets
Proficiency in retail math with clear understanding of how to impact key financial measurements
Demonstrates strong listening, oral and written communication skills
Experience working with Business Intelligence Software and Excel
“This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.”
The expected starting salary range for this role is $68,900- $91,900 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
