As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a talented Digital Advertising Manager to join our marketing team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Advertising Marketer to manage and optimize our digital paid advertising efforts across various platforms, including search marketing, paid social, and local search. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, a keen analytical mindset, and a proven ability to drive traffic and conversions.
Role accountabilities:
Digital Advertising Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities across various digital channels.
Campaign Management
- Oversee the planning, creation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, YouTube, and local search engines.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective spending to maximize ROI.
Search Marketing:
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
- Continuously optimize bids, ad placements, and quality scores to improve campaign performance.
Paid Social / Video:
- Design and implement paid social media campaigns that align with business goals spanning Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and YouTube among other platforms
- Monitor and optimize social ads to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Local Search:
- Develop and manage local search campaigns to drive traffic and visibility for specific geographic areas.
- Optimize Google My Business and other local search listings for maximum impact.
Performance Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital advertising campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve campaign strategies.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to enhance campaign execution.
Stay Current:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve advertising strategies.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related education
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Experience in the local marketing and exteriors or home improvement space (roofing, windows, siding) a plus
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with SEO and local search optimization techniques.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to coordinate campaign execution and ensure brand consistency.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics to measure performance and optimize strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
