Gesponsert von ExponentAgile Six is a people-first, remote-work company that serves shoulder-to-shoulder with federal agencies to find innovative, human-centered solutions. We build better by putting people first. We are animated by our core values of Purpose, Wholeness, Trust, Self-Management and Inclusion. We deliver our solutions in autonomous teams of self-managed professionals (no managers here!) who genuinely care about each other and the work. We know that’s our company’s purpose – and that we can only achieve it by supporting a culture where people feel valued, self-managed, and love to come to work.
The role
Agile Six is looking for a UX Content Strategist to join a new cross-functional team with the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) on a high-profile project which seeks to determine if AI tools can assist with reducing provider burnout and improving the overall system for clinicians by reducing their administrative burden while also improving the Veteran experience by freeing the clinician to focus on the patient versus inputting information into the electronic health record (EHR).
We are looking for a UX Content Strategist to drive strategic messaging within the broader organization regarding these initiatives. You will apply your exceptional communication strategy, technical writing and design skills to create compelling, attractive and timely materials to share at all levels of seniority. You will also be responsible for collaborating with your team to create new content and edit existing content on the AI tools, ensuring all content is on-brand and optimized for search and user experience.
You have an adaptive, empathetic and collaborative mindset, and care deeply about team dynamics. Most importantly, you have a passion for working on important problems that have a lasting impact on millions of users and make a difference in our government!
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and other departments to produce compelling, consistent content across all experiences.
- Stay up to date on emerging practices and technologies that support UX, in particular AI, and share these with the larger UX community at Agile Six when opportunities arise.

- Guide new content development based on SEO and our audience's preferences.
- Analyze content usability metrics and make changes as needed.
- Partner in user research discovery and usability activities through a participatory process with stakeholders and team members.
- Create strategy deliverables such as message architecture, writing guides, content work plans, and content models.
- Keep UX content work in sync with the product roadmap and flag delays or issues.
- Collaboratively create and evolve user stories and acceptance criteria with the product owner and wider Scrum team.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and team members across a range of disciplines throughout the VA. Develop and implement a communication strategy across all required internal and external channels.
- Support the practice of communication and content strategy within the larger company as needed through activities such as:
- Assisting in outreach, recruitment, and hiring efforts
- Occasionally participating in or otherwise supporting business development efforts, including code or design challenges, writing or reviewing proposal responses, etc.
- Participating in communities of practice
- We expect the responsibilities of this position to shift and grow organically over time, in response to considerations such as the unique strengths and interests of the selected candidate and other team members and an evolving understanding of the delivery environment.
